The Radisson is a very trendy hotel - rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Taxi Service very good and cheap to all locations.

Excellent modern hotel with leisure centre. We got a very good room rate. However, breakfast was not included and this ended up being very pricey. Wouldn't bother with breakfast there again. overall however, this is an excellent hotel and very good value we thought. 10 mins walk to city centre proper.

Fantastic hotel, we stayed in business class and the rooms were real nice! I would highly recommend this hotel, ideal for everything! Only tem minutes walk from town. The only downer was the price of parking - cost £20 per day. However they take your car away fro you and bring it back!!! Overall a fantastic hotel!

This hotel was gorgeous, the foyer was like something out of a magazine with a large white grand piano in the middle, it definately has the wow factor. From the minute we stepped into the hotel we felt at perfect ease and pampered and the room was large, including the bathroom which was huge. So all was well intil about 11pm on the Saturday night when the wedding at the hotel turned the music up and we all then listened to it until 1.30am which sort of negated the restful, pampering weekend we were looking forward to. We were going to book again for the end of Novmeber but thought that with all the Christmas parties they will probably be holding we will give it a miss, shame.

stayed for 2 night the room was very nice but the king bed was a twin beds joined together which is not comfortable for husband and wife the housekeeping didnt cleaned our room until the late of night and the cleanese was not good

Great hotel, Clean, modern, very spacious, good bar area.... we didn't try the food as we were on a stag weekend, but i'm sure it was of an equal standard as everything else. Well located, within a few minutes walk from Albert Dock and not too far from the city centre. You can easily walk from the hotel but we were lazy and just jumped into taxi's which are very cheap anyway. Rooms were priced very cheaply for the excellent standard of accomodation provided.

Hotel was nice but I booked 5 rooms and they were all spreadout in hotel. We also booked smoking rooms but only got 2 smoking rooms when asked for them. The air conditioning is a bit erractic and hard to work, but overall the hotel was nice. The bar was very expensive and we got food in bar which was cold and there was not much of it.

i love goin to liverpool & the hotel we stayed in this time was by far one of the nicest staff are very friendly hotel & rooms were very clean the pool area was a bit run down and the spa didnt have many free appt. as their was only one therapist on so book in advance to avoid disapointment but overall was a very pleasant stay .

NICE HOTEL - DECOR IS NICE BUT WINDOWS DON'T OPEN SO YOU HAVE CONSTANT AIR CONDITIONING OR HEATING WHICH I FOUND QUIET NOISY GOING DAY AND NIGHT. NOT MUCH CHOICE ON HOTEL MENU AND BREAKFAST AT £11 EACH IS VERY EXPENSIVE (IF NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM PRICE) LEISURE FACILITIES ARE THE BEST REASON TO STAY HERE

A great hotel, very nice and not very expensive for what it is. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have an amazing white piano in the hall, and the sound goes up the central open space: very good. Will definitely go back.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the Dock and City Centre. We parked in the NCP 24 hour car park near by and it cost us £27.00 from fri-sun which we were a bit taken back by but the parking in the hotel itself is £20.00 per night! The hotel itself was really nice and the staff were friendly. We were given a twin room by mistake and when I asked for this to be changed to a double, we were upgraded to business class for no extra charge which was a bonus! We had a lovely meal in the restaurant - Felini's which , as the name suggests, is Italian. As a veggie it offered a great choice! We also used the spa which was nice, but a little disappointing. The pool was only small and the jacussi was freezing ( well maybe that is exaggerating a little, but it definatley was no more than luke warm!). Overall we had a great few days and there is lots to see and do in liverpool. We would definiately go back and stay at the Raddison.

The Hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. Disappointed that the restaurant advertised last orders at 10.15pm but when we got there at 10.05pm after a theatre visit, the kitchen had closed. Snack meals available at the bar which were very acceptable, so exactly which kitchen they came from is a mystery! Overall a good hotel, service could be a bit better.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend, December 2008. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Leisure club is well resourced with equipement but little staff. The rooms are clean but tired, bathrooms need attention to the areas that can easily be cleaned with a little extra time, grouting etc. sheets were clean but had small tears, worn out patches! A good hotel lacking that essential to be very good.

We found the room rate to be very good. The location was a little bit far from the major attractions, good 15-20 minute walk to the shopping area and/or the Dock, so make sure you are physically able to do that. The parking was 20GBP a night. The Beatles museum was worth it.

The hotel was contemporary and smart. Great pool, steam, sauna and bar. The staff were friendly and very helpful always willing to look after the guests. One even lent me a £1 for the locker in the pool from her own purse as I forgot to take change and didn;t want to trek back to my room. The Hotel was in good condition although the desk light bulb was dud and a door stop was damaged but that didn't effect me. Overall well done to the staff because they are what made the hotel for me.

The hotel looks good but underneath the facade it is poorly managed. Breakfast is very poor quality. Ten minute wait for a table to be cleared. The extra cost business rooms are a scam. Same size as standard but you get a free newspaper, dressing gown and slippers. Shame because it is basically good but let down by poor management.

the hotel was very nice, it was what I was expecting, the only complaint I have is that the breakfast wasn't as good as I'd hoped, the hot food choices were a bit too greasy for my liking and the food was not replensihed throughout the morning

Quite a nice lobby area and great parking basically one block away from the hotel, good location. Unprofessional staff who couldn't really be bothered with anything, asked for a robe were told only business class and above allowed to have one, were told we would hear back and never did. When checked out were basically told 'OK' and left to our own devices (maybe it had something to do with my my tshirt and jeans, as i said, unprofessional.) The room was pretty dirty. Jam stains in hotel directory folder, curtains covered in dust, dust on bed head rest, tiles not clean in the bathroom, drawer broken, the list goes on and on. Pool area was nice, Sauna included although the jacuzzi didn't work. Breakfast was ok, pastries were off, eggs tasted like they'd been through a thorough mr muscle spraying and the rest was just standard, not worth the £11 (make sure to pre book or else you'll pay £5 extra). Would not stay again, would not recommend. For this price and the supposed high brand this was a total disappointment.

Generally very comfortable stay. The room was fairly quiet and very comfortable. Bathroom very good. One of the twin beds was very soft, the other was just right though. However, the airconditioning sounded like someone was stirring ice in a zinc bucket with a large paddle. This was all night. Whilst it didn't bother me, as I had ear plugs in, it might annoy some people. A shame really, as the hotel seems to have been refurbished recently to a high standard.

I stayed at the Radisson SAS in Helsinki and was very impressed with the level of service and the Hotel itself. This one was a very different experience. At first all was helpful but when we came in from a night out the hotel went out of their way to make us feel like teenaged vagabonds. My girlfriend was Questioned at the door like she was a lady of the night....even though there were two people registered in our room. We asked for a paper to be delivered every morning and it never came. We called down for a question because our telly wasn't working. They said they would call back and the call never came.....I'll stay at Malmaisson!

I travel extensively for business and would recommend this hotel for that purpose. However, this particular trip was for pleasure with family, the hotel was not as good for this purpose. What makes it attractive and convenient for business does not translate well to family vacation travel. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating (we required a roll-away bed) but for a family the meals were expensive and not necessarily "family friendly".

Inte mycket att klaga på. Visst finns det småskavanker, men det är ingenting som stör. Personalen är trevlig och tillmötesgående. Läget är bra med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter.

SAS hotelett er et såkalt moderne bygg. som gjør at det ikke går ann å åpne vinduene. Dette er ikke et kjempeproblem men er noe irriterende ettersom lufteanlegget lager noe lyd f.esk natt

Hotellet ligger bra till för turister. Modern arkitektur men helt utan charm och känsla. Utmärkt frukost och matsal. Kalla rum med kraftig ventilation. Ung o något oerfaren personal som pratar den lokala dialekten "scouse" och som vill väl.

Litt skuffet over at vi måtte vente mens de gjorde rommet klart da vi kom. Dette tok lenger tid enn beregnet slik at verdifull tid på en lørdags ettermiddag gikk tapt for oss. Vi fikk imidlertid gratis mat og øl, og dette var en fin måte å løse det på.
