The hotel is too far from downtown Eilat and the shuttle sercvice is inadequate and does not run at night.

no complaints, i had read the other two reviews that are listed on the site, i think these are old and the hotel has been redone. it was nice and clean and had fun decor. although its not right near the busy beach and shopping area, its nice and easy with the free shuttle access.

Service, greeting at checkin was at barely acceptable level. No info volunteered, though questions were answered. The advertised wifi was not free and didn't work well. The advertised swimming pool and surrounding area were attractive but the pool was glacially cold. The location was convenient but on a main road sandwiched between other hotels. Our room was OK; it had a decent level of comfort and cleanliness but nothing more. Gaudy furnishings and building. Breakfast buffett was copious and quality decent.

Good location but very shabby hotel badly in need of refurbishing. Very surly and bored looking desk staff that projects the impression that they do not want to bwe bothered with the guests' requests.

Für ein großes Hotel hat es eine recht gute Atmosphäre. Der Service ist einwandfrei und die Lage am Coral Beach phantastisch.
